With our Ustagöz Weld Seam Tracking Sensor—developed through 2 years of R&D and featuring proprietary software and design—we have achieved a first in Turkey. As part of the METU Technopolis project, our line laser sensor and Ustagöz Laser Weld Seam Tracking System enable automatic weld tracking in applications performed with robots or welding machines, thereby improving weld quality.

Automatic Tracking and Precise Positioning
Optical sensors for seam tracking support automated welding processes using both arc and laser technologies. Active seam tracking scans the edge offset in a non-contact manner using light bars, ensuring precise positioning of the tool at all times.
